This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with cancellations and refunds for our services. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the following policy:

 

1. Cancellation by the Traveler: 1.1. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees or charges incurred by Orel Safaris. 1.2. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled departure date will be eligible for an 80% refund, minus any non-refundable fees or charges incurred by Orel Safaris. 1.3. Cancellations made within three (3) days to 48 hours before the scheduled departure date will incur a 20% fee, with the remaining amount refunded, minus any non-refundable fees or charges incurred by Orel Safaris. 1.4. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure date will incur a 30% fee, with the remaining amount refunded, minus any non-refundable fees or charges incurred by Orel Safaris. 1.5. To ensure availability for other clients, no refunds will be permitted within 24 hours of departure.

2. Cancellation by Orel Safaris: 2.1. In the rare event that Orel Safaris must cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we will make every effort to reschedule the activity or offer a suitable alternative. If neither is possible, a full refund will be provided.

3. Booking Modifications: 3.1. Any requests to modify a booking, such as changing the travel dates or itinerary, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. No-Show Policy: 4.1. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point or starting location on the scheduled date and time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Process: 5.1. All refund requests must be made in writing to info@orelsafaris.com. Please include your booking reference, name, contact information, and the reason for the cancellation. 5.2. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 30 days of receiving the refund request. 5.3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the booking.

6. Non-Refundable Fees: 6.1. Some activities, accommodations, or services may involve non-refundable fees or charges. These fees will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

7. Travel Insurance: 7.1. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events that may lead to cancellations or disruptions to your travel plans.

8. Additional Terms: 8.1. Orel Safaris reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. 8.2. In cases of disputes or exceptional circumstances, Orel Safaris will make a reasonable effort to find a mutually acceptable solution.
