Itinerary

 

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Transfer to Masai Mara

  • Meet & greet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

  • Scenic drive to Masai Mara National Reserve (Approx. 5-6 hours).

  • Afternoon game drive focusing on big cats, elephants, and picturesque landscapes.

  • Sunset photography session at a prime location.

  • Check in at your chosen lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

 

Day 2: Full-Day Photography Safari in Masai Mara

  • Early morning game drive to capture golden-hour shots of lions, cheetahs, and elephants.

  • Breakfast in the bush.

  • Mid-morning visit to the Mara River to photograph hippos, crocodiles, and dramatic river crossings (seasonal).

  • Afternoon game drive to track leopards and unique birdlife.

  • Evening Maasai village visit for cultural photography.

  • Return to lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

 

Day 3: Masai Mara – Amboseli National Park

  • Sunrise photography session before breakfast.

  • Flight or drive to Amboseli National Park (Approx.. 6 hours by road, 1-hour flight).

  • Lunch upon arrival at the lodge.

  • Afternoon game drive capturing elephants with the stunning Mount Kilimanjaro backdrop.

  • Sunset photography session at Observation Hill.

  • Return to lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

 

Day 4: Full-Day Photography Safari in Amboseli

  • Pre-dawn game drive for spectacular golden-hour shots.

  • Focus on large elephant herds, giraffes, and unique acacia landscapes.

  • Mid-morning bird photography around Amboseli’s seasonal wetlands.

  • Picnic lunch in the park.

Day 5: Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park

Day 6: Tsavo West – Nairobi – Departure
