Itinerary

 

Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve

​

  • Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive (or take a short domestic flight) to Samburu National Reserve.

  • Check in at your selected accommodation and enjoy a delicious lunch.

  • Afternoon game drive exploring Samburu’s rugged terrain, home to unique species like the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, and Beisa oryx.

  • Return to camp for dinner and a relaxing evening under the African stars.

 

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve

  • Early morning game drive, a prime time to spot big cats such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

  • Breakfast at the lodge/camp, followed by a mid-morning nature walk (optional) with an experienced guide.

  • Visit a Samburu village to experience the vibrant culture and traditional way of life.
